Detailed product description
In this kit you will simply have the essentials to motorize your gate. The items delivered are:
- 2 cylinder motors
- A control box
- 2 remote controls
- Gate and pillar fixing brackets
- Screws
- The notice
This kit is one of the cheapest gate motors. It includes only the essential elements to automate your closing. However, there are few options and accessories available.
In this kit you will not find a cell to ensure safety. You will therefore need to be vigilant when opening and closing your gate. Additional remote controls are quite expensive, around €30.
Installation
To install your motorization, there are quite detailed instructions and the fixings are provided in the kit. Installation is carried out in 3 steps:
- Mechanical installation of the motors as well as the control box
- Electrical connection to power the automation
- Programming and synchronization
Each step is simple to complete.
Regarding programming, it is possible to set total opening and partial opening. The offset between the two leaves is adjustable.
The characteristics
This set is designed for swing gates of 3 meters and 300 kg maximum. This means that each leaf can be 1.5 meters long and weigh up to 150 kg. If you respect these characteristics, the motor will operate optimally, reliably and silently.
As we saw above, the standard SCS1 kit offers several options. It can open inwards and outwards whether fully or partially opened. It is possible to configure the slowdown at the end of the stroke, stopping on obstacles and automatic closing.
In the event of a power outage, it is possible to unlock the gate manually.

This motorization is simple and efficient. We recommend this kit if you are looking to automate your gate at a lower cost. Its installation is easy and quick and you can program the openings and closings as you wish. Be careful though with accessories and remote controls which are relatively expensive.
