The FAAC engine is known for being robust and reliable. The body is made of aluminum and is fixed on 4 points. The electronic part is protected from humidity under a robust double plastic cover.
The mechanics are very well designed. Both to be efficient and durable. The endless screw which drives the pinion is continuously lubricated, which guarantees smooth and reliable movement over time.
This engine complies with safety standards. It is the electronic board integrated into the motor which manages the anti-crushing function, but also the photocells and the flashing light. The anti-crush function, managed electronically, is a guarantee of safety. The portal will stop directly if it encounters an obstacle, then it will start again in the opposite direction.
Regarding aesthetics, the engine body and the plastic part are quite discreet. You can integrate this automation into any type of gate, it will be suitable and simple. Whether your gate is made of wood, PVC, aluminum or steel, the motor will go perfectly with it.
The automation itself is adjustable and has plenty of features. It is possible to adjust the partial opening, the opening and closing speed as well as the acceleration and deceleration at the end of travel.
Since this motorization is self-locking, it is equipped with an unlocking key to manually open your gate in the event of a power outage.
