The composition of the whole
In this kit, you will receive the essentials to automate your gate. The kit is composed of:
- 2 cylinder motors
- 1 electronic control box
- 1 LED flashing light
- 2 photoelectric cells
- 1 odds calculation disk
- 1 complete instruction
You will note that cables and hardware are not provided. You will need to choose fixings adapted to your pillars and cables of the right length for your installation.
Installation of Exavia star engines
Thanks to the dimension calculation disk, it is very easy to know where and how to position the motor mounting brackets according to the dimension between the gate and the pillar. The rest of the installation simply consists of attaching each element to the pillar and electrically connecting the elements together.
To summarize, installation is easy and quick. Regarding programming you will have almost nothing to do. The remote controls are already programmed. One day to install everything is sufficient.
The characteristics of this engine
To begin with, the portal opens quickly, in 16 seconds and in complete safety. Property and people will be protected thanks to photocells. The flashing light will alert road users if your gate faces directly onto the road.
This automation is intended for domestic application for swing gates 2.5 m wide and 250 kg.
